MFA Thesis Revisited

The Pothole Warning System (PWS) is the thesis project component of, The Public Option in Graphic Design, an MFA design thesis. HBW Hexadecimal Library

In honor of Helen B. Walden; this functional resource of color has been assembled for those undertaking their own creative projects. And, for those who may just need a boost of positivity via color. The hexadecimal codes accompanying each entry allow the user to copy and paste as needed for research and/or creation.

Process: 1/1

Created for the Chicago venue Savage Smyth, its layers consist of the names of artists, creatives, and significant individuals who provided inspiration and creative motivation during the years leading up to the making of this original piece.

Graphical Color Studies

Using shapes to explore the interplay between color and depth. Also experimenting with color palettes and the ability to give random shapes life, and in some cases, a bit of humanity.
