The Chicago Weather Pattern Series began as a straightforward project in 2014. While the original concept was simply to capture fleeting moments before they disappeared, the significance of the project, as well as its functional uses, have grown over time. By capturing these images, not only has a greater appreciation for ephemeral moments been gained, but new colors have been discovered, preparedness & mindfulness have been practiced, and the magnitude of patience and timing have been experienced first-hand.
