Originally an MFA Thesis Project. Created as a two part system (signage and online) to address a problem a large number of American commuters face. Potholes potentially cost U.S. commuters millions of dollars annually due to expenses associated with repairs and related injuries.
The PWS signage is not intended to be used for every pothole, only those that can't be fixed immediately and are capable of causing injury and/or damage.
The System has since taken on a life of its own via unauthorized usage in advertisements and campaigns. A real-time example of the importance of protecting one's work.
Work from Kellogg MBA group's thesis presentation. Developed design, visual identity, and branding components. Responsibilities included color palette creation, mockups of potential logos, packaging labels, presentation slide deck design and label for final thesis prototype.
